Captain Scott Sinclair & Edgar Monge are the owners / Co - founders of "On Course Custom Charters,LLC.". Captain Scott is Chief Operations Officer & Edgar Monge is the Chief Financial Officer. They are both United States Coast Guard Licensed Masters. Scott & Edgar are veterans of the Atlantic Ocean & Lower Chesapeake Bay. They have pursed game fish throughout the world's oceans and inland waters. Both Captains are multi-lingual and have extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean Sea. They are members of the Maritime Consortium and operate a "Drug Free" environment and vessels. Captain Scott is a United States Navy Veteran.

The First Mate: Mark Carstens is a veteran of the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Mark's knowledge and fish catching ability is an asset to experienced anglers and novices alike.
